Our Policies - Returns

1. Risk-Free Ordering

Cleveland Landmarks Press, Inc. offers a 14-day examination period for any book you have ordered. At any time within the 14 days, you may return the book(s) for a full refund or credit of the purchase price, less shipping and handling costs. Please observe these three steps when seeking to return a purchase:

  1. Make sure the item is in as-new condition. CLP will not refund or credit returned books that are marked or damaged.
  2. Enclose a copy of the original invoice with the returned book so that the proper credit or refund can be issued.
  3. Ship the package to our returns department. Returns must be4 insured and sent postpaid to:

2. Defective Books

Defective books may be returned either for replacement or for full credit. They must be reported and returned within 14 days of the invoice date. To report a defective item, call 1-216-658-4144.
